Fried Chicken in Curry Sauce

Ingredients

  • Turmeric-fried chicken
  • 2 turmeric-fried potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 4 shallots (blended)
  • 3 garlic cloves (blended)
  • 1-inch ginger (blended)
  • 5 bird's eye chilies (blended)
  • 2 shallots, sliced finely
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced finely
  • 0.5-inch ginger, sliced finely
  • Lemongrass
  • Curry leaves
  • Fish curry powder
  • Chicken curry powder

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the finely sliced ingredients.

  2. Add the blended paste and stir well.

  3. Add lemongrass and a little water.

  4. Stir in curry leaves, curry powders, and season with salt, sugar, and MSG.

  5. Finally, add the fried chicken and fried potatoes, and cook until heated through.
