Fried Chicken in Curry Sauce
Ingredients
- Turmeric-fried chicken
- 2 turmeric-fried potatoes, cut into quarters
- 4 shallots (blended)
- 3 garlic cloves (blended)
- 1-inch ginger (blended)
- 5 bird's eye chilies (blended)
- 2 shallots, sliced finely
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced finely
- 0.5-inch ginger, sliced finely
- Lemongrass
- Curry leaves
- Fish curry powder
- Chicken curry powder
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and add the finely sliced ingredients.
Add the blended paste and stir well.
Add lemongrass and a little water.
Stir in curry leaves, curry powders, and season with salt, sugar, and MSG.
Finally, add the fried chicken and fried potatoes, and cook until heated through.
