Malaysian Fried Chicken in Curry

Ingredients

  • Turmeric fried chicken
  • 2 turmeric fried potatoes, quartered
  • 4 blended shallots
  • 3 blended garlic cloves
  • 1-inch piece blended ginger
  • 5 blended bird's eye chilies
  • 2 finely sliced shallots
  • 2 finely sliced garlic cloves
  • 0.5-inch piece finely sliced ginger
  • Lemongrass
  • Curry leaves
  • Fish curry powder and chicken curry powder

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the finely sliced ingredients

  2. Add the blended ingredients

  3. Add lemongrass and a little water

  4. Then add curry leaves and stir in the curry powders

  5. Season with salt, sugar, and MSG

  6. Finally, add the fried chicken and fried potatoes and heat through
