Malaysian Fried Chicken in Curry
Ingredients
- Turmeric fried chicken
- 2 turmeric fried potatoes, quartered
- 4 blended shallots
- 3 blended garlic cloves
- 1-inch piece blended ginger
- 5 blended bird's eye chilies
- 2 finely sliced shallots
- 2 finely sliced garlic cloves
- 0.5-inch piece finely sliced ginger
- Lemongrass
- Curry leaves
- Fish curry powder and chicken curry powder
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and add the finely sliced ingredients
Add the blended ingredients
Add lemongrass and a little water
Then add curry leaves and stir in the curry powders
Season with salt, sugar, and MSG
Finally, add the fried chicken and fried potatoes and heat through
