Easy Vegan Buddha Bowl

Ingredients

  • some couscous
  • tofu
  • a little oil
  • premade teriyaki sauce
  • canned chickpeas
  • some tomatoes
  • some cucumber
  • an avocado
  • seeds or nuts
  • tahini or sauce of choice
  • black pepper
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. Boil some couscous.

  2. Chop tofu into small squares and fry in a little oil and premade sauce.

  3. Open a can of chickpeas.

  4. Chop some tomatoes.

  5. Chop some cucumber.

  6. Halve and dice an avocado.

  7. Open a package of seeds or nuts.

  8. Combine everything in a bowl.

  9. Drizzle over tahini, or more sauce of choice.

  10. Finish with a generous amount of black pepper and sea salt.
