Easy Vegan Buddha Bowl
Ingredients
- some couscous
- tofu
- a little oil
- premade teriyaki sauce
- canned chickpeas
- some tomatoes
- some cucumber
- an avocado
- seeds or nuts
- tahini or sauce of choice
- black pepper
- sea salt
Preparation
Boil some couscous.
Chop tofu into small squares and fry in a little oil and premade sauce.
Open a can of chickpeas.
Chop some tomatoes.
Chop some cucumber.
Halve and dice an avocado.
Open a package of seeds or nuts.
Combine everything in a bowl.
Drizzle over tahini, or more sauce of choice.
Finish with a generous amount of black pepper and sea salt.
