Fried Eggs with Veggies and Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ghee
- red pepper flakes
- sweet potatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- tomatoes
- mushrooms
Preparation
Roast sweet potato fries at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side.
Sauté mushrooms.
Fry 2 eggs in ghee.
Top the eggs with red pepper flakes.
Serve with 1/2 avocado and tomatoes.
