Hearty Egg-Free Skillet Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon ITALIAN Blend
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 tablespoon cooking fat
  • 2 large Yukon Gold potatoes par-boiled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons DINER Blend

Garnish

  • Red pepper flakes
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Chopped fresh chives

Preparation

  1. Heat the cooking fat in a skillet over medium heat

  2. Cook the ground pork with the ITALIAN Blend until browned

  3. Add the chopped kale, diced Yukon Gold potatoes, and DINER Blend to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender

  4. Optionally garnish with red pepper flakes, coarse sea salt, and chopped fresh chives
