Hob Top Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
- Brown onions
- Bag of chantenay carrots
- Marabel potatoes
- 3 Cauldron Foods Lincolnshire sausages
- 2 Vegetarian Butcher Little Willie's Lincolnshire sausages
- Knorr vegetable and mushroom stock pots
- Onion salt
- Garlic powder
- Black and white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 teaspoon Sarsons gravy browning
Preparation
Dice and brown the onions
Slice the bag of chantenay carrots
Dice the Marabel potatoes and add them to a pan of boiling water
Fry the sausages and slice them on an angle
Add the sliced sausages to the pan
Add the stock made from Knorr vegetable and mushroom stock pots, onion salt, garlic powder, black and white pepper
Cook for 22 minutes
Mix 1 tablespoon cornflour with a little cold water and add it to the pan
Add 1 teaspoon Sarsons gravy browning
