No-Fry Dum Aloo in Airfryer

Ingredients

  • 500g small boiled potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Cumin seeds
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Saunf powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 spoon kashmiri red chilli powder

Preparation

  1. Take 500g small boiled potatoes and coat them with 1 teaspoon oil.

  2. Cook them in an airfryer at 200°C for 20 minutes.

  3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil and add basic spices including cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, saunf powder, and red chilli powder.

  4. Add 1 cup tomato paste.

  5. After 5 minutes, add 1 cup curd and 1 spoon kashmiri red chilli powder.

  6. Stir continuously until it starts boiling.

  7. Meanwhile, the potatoes should be ready.

  8. Add the potatoes into the gravy and cook for 5 minutes.

  9. The non-fried dum aloo is ready to serve.
