Oat Blender Pancakes with Berries and Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of sea salt
  • Berries (for serving)
  • Real maple syrup (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Blend the combined ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a heated skillet with olive oil.

  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Serve with berries and real maple syrup.
