Oat Blender Pancakes with Berries and Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of sea salt
- Berries (for serving)
- Real maple syrup (for serving)
Preparation
Blend the combined ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a heated skillet with olive oil.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with berries and real maple syrup.
