Oven-Baked Chicken with Potatoes
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 tea glass yogurt
- 1/2 tea glass olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cumin
- Red pepper flakes
- Thyme
Main
- 3 potatoes
- 3 onions
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Cut the potatoes and onions into chunks.
Combine the chicken, potatoes, onions, and sauce mixture in a baking dish.
Bake until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, about 45-60 minutes.
