Oven-Baked Chicken with Potatoes

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 tea glass yogurt
  • 1/2 tea glass olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Thyme

Main

  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Cut the potatoes and onions into chunks.

  4. Combine the chicken, potatoes, onions, and sauce mixture in a baking dish.

  5. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, about 45-60 minutes.
