Wood-Fired Meat and Potato Tray for 30
Ingredients
- 3 kg diced meat
- 5 kg potatoes
- 2 kg onions
- 1 kg green peppers
- 2 kg tomatoes
- 2 heads garlic
Sauce
- 1 liter olive oil
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Preparation
Marinate the sauce and meat one hour in advance.
Chop all ingredients to roughly the same size and mix with the marinated meat.
Add two cups of water on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and cook in a wood-fired oven or home oven.
