Peanut Butter Swirl Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 flax egg
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.

  3. Mash the bananas and add the almond milk and melted coconut oil.

  4. Prepare the flax egg.

  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.

  6. Swirl the peanut butter into the batter.

  7. Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan.

  8. Bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
