Soursop Fruit Agar Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 packet agar-agar powder
- 8 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 700 ml water
- 300 grams soursop flesh
Preparation
Put the soursop flesh into a blender. Add 200 ml water. Then process until smooth.
Pour into a pan. Add agar-agar and sugar. Add 500 ml water and stir well.
Heat over low heat while continuously stirring until it boils. Then remove from heat.
Pour into molds and let it cool.
