Spring Turmeric Oats with Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp LSA powder
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup water (optional)
- handful raspberries
Chia pudding mix
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup oat or soy milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Add all ingredients except oats in a pan, mix to combine and bring to a boil.
Add oats and cook until oats are mixed into the flavors.
Add water if you like a runnier texture.
Add raspberries when fully cooked and ready to serve.
For chia pudding, add chia seeds and maple syrup to milk, whisk until fluffy.
Keep chia pudding in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, layer the oats and chia pudding as shown, and top with fresh fruits and nuts for extra crunch.
