Super Simple Creamy Cajun Pasta
Ingredients
- Fusilli bucati corti pasta
- Meat-free chicken flavor stock cube
- 6 extra light cheese triangles
- Garlic puree
- Onion salt
- Squirt of no added sugar tomato ketchup
- Cajun seasoning
Toppings
- BBQ sauce
- Chilli flakes
- Chives
Preparation
Cook the fusilli bucati corti pasta until tender.
Prepare the sauce by dissolving the stock cube in water, then add garlic puree, onion salt, tomato ketchup, Cajun seasoning, and cheese triangles, stirring until thick and creamy.
Combine the sauce with the cooked pasta.
Top with BBQ sauce and sprinkle with chilli flakes and chives.
