Gnocchi with Sausage and Soft-Boiled Eggs
Ingredients
- Potato gnocchi
- Lincolnshire sausages
- Spinach
- Garlic powder
- Onion salt
- Chilli flakes
- Chives
- Quail eggs
Preparation
Par-boil the potato gnocchi, then pan-fry it.
Slice the Lincolnshire sausages into medallions and fry them.
Shred the spinach.
Boil the quail eggs for 2 minutes and 20 seconds, then plunge into cold water and peel.
