Gnocchi with Sausage and Soft-Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • Potato gnocchi
  • Lincolnshire sausages
  • Spinach
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Chives
  • Quail eggs

Preparation

  1. Par-boil the potato gnocchi, then pan-fry it.

  2. Slice the Lincolnshire sausages into medallions and fry them.

  3. Shred the spinach.

  4. Boil the quail eggs for 2 minutes and 20 seconds, then plunge into cold water and peel.
