Pan-Fried Lamb-Free Gnocchi Dish

Ingredients

  • Tender lambless pieces
  • Mushrooms
  • 125g Gnocchi
  • Spinach
  • 2 extra light cheese triangles
  • Egg

Seasonings

  • Onion salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • Sea salt
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. Boil the gnocchi for 1 minute, then drain.

  2. Pan fry the lambless pieces until tender.

  3. Add mushrooms and spinach to the pan and cook.

  4. Season with onion salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and chilli flakes.

  5. Stir in the cut-up cheese triangles at the last minute.

  6. Fry an egg separately and add it to the dish.

  7. Garnish with sea salt, chives, and additional chilli flakes if desired.
