Tuna and Herb Flatbread
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml kefir
- 130 g flour (rice flour used)
- any greens (green onion, dill)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5-6 g baking powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to form a batter with the consistency of thick sour cream, adjusting with more flour if too liquid or more kefir if too thick.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the batter, first covered with a lid, then flip and cook without the lid for a crispy crust.
Serve immediately while hot.
