Vegan Oatmeal Bowl with Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 scoop @vivolife salted carmel protein powder
- 1 cup soy milk
- tbsp chia
Toppings
- blueberries
- mango
- peanut butter
- hemp seeds
- pomegranate
Preparation
Combine oats, banana, protein powder, soy milk, and chia seeds in a bowl.
Cook the mixture on the stove or in the microwave until desired consistency is reached.
Add toppings: blueberries, mango, peanut butter, hemp seeds, and pomegranate.
