Vegan Frozen Yogurt Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- @nancysyogurt plain oat milk yogurt
- Strawberries
- Mango
- Kiwi
- Blueberries
- Pomegranate
Preparation
First, combine the oats, peanut butter, and maple in a large bowl. This will be your granola base.
In a lined muffin pan, add about 1-2 tablespoons of the granola to each muffin cup.
Then, add 2-3 tablespoons of @nancysyogurt yogurt to each cup.
Cut up as much of the mentioned fruit above as you would like, and sprinkle the fruit on top of the yogurt cups.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
