Cardamom Infused Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 2 crushed cardamom pods
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 2 teaspoons berry compote

Preparation

  1. In a pan, add all ingredients except coconut cream.

  2. Mix well and cook on low to medium heat until it becomes creamy in texture.

  3. Once done, turn off the heat, add coconut cream, and transfer to a serving bowl.

  4. Top with granola and fresh fruits, and enjoy.
