Beetroot Tartar Sauce for Burgers
Ingredients
- 150-200g pickled beetroot
- 1/2 red onion
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2-1 tsp dried dill
Preparation
Finely chop the beetroot and red onion.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and serve inside your favorite burgers, wraps, or sandwiches.
Tips
This sauce is versatile and can be added to fish or meat burgers, shawarma or doner kebab wraps, or even a chicken sandwich.
