Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener (e.g., erythritol)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp canned or pureed pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp non-dairy milk (e.g., soy milk)
- 1/2 tsp oil
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave-proof mug.
Cook in the microwave on full power for 1.5 minutes.
Optionally, top with yogurt and chocolate hazelnut spread for added flavor.
