Easy High Protein Egg Noodles
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
Optional additions
- Pinch of salt
- Favorite herbs such as garlic, thyme, or rosemary
Preparation
Whisk 3 eggs.
Optionally, add a pinch of salt or favorite herbs.
Pour a thin layer into a hot nonstick pan in a crepe-style manner.
Repeat the process until you have a stack of thin egg wraps.
Roll them up and slice into strips to form noodles.
