Easy Superfood Salad with Kale and Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 red onion
- 2 avocados
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Himalayan salt
- Black pepper
Preparation
Roughly chop the kale.
Chop the red onion.
Combine the chopped kale, chopped red onion, avocados, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Massage the mixture by hand with a little Himalayan salt and black pepper.
