Easy Superfood Salad with Kale and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 avocados
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Himalayan salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Roughly chop the kale.

  2. Chop the red onion.

  3. Combine the chopped kale, chopped red onion, avocados, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  4. Massage the mixture by hand with a little Himalayan salt and black pepper.
