Easy Pea Hummus Without Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peas (you can use frozen - thaw out and drain)
  • 2-4 tbsp tahini
  • 1 avocado (mashed up)
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Himalayan or Sea Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Thaw and drain the peas if they are frozen.

  2. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.

  3. Enjoy with vegetables or Brad's raw foods.
