Homemade Hummus with Tahini

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup aquafaba
  • 2 tbs of tahini
  • 2 1/2 tbs of lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbs of olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 3/8 tsp of pink himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend well.

  2. Place hummus onto serving bowl and garnish with olive oil, paprika, and crushed red peppers.

  3. Serve and enjoy.
