Quick and Fluffy Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. @bertolli_us EVOO
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup gf baking flour {or all purpose flour}
- 2-3 tbsp. chocolate chips
Preparation
Stir together the egg, EVOO, and almond milk, then add in the dry ingredients. Make sure everything is well combined.
Pour the batter on a big plate or bowl, spread it into a thin layer.
Microwave for 1:30-2 minutes.
