Dhaba Style Aloo Paratha
Ingredients
Dough
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbs salt
- 2 tbs oil
Stuffing
- 500 g potato
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp crushed red chilli
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 2 pcs green chilli
- fresh coriander
Preparation
Mix flour, salt, and oil with water to form a soft dough and let it rest.
Boil potatoes until soft, mash them, and combine with salt, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, chopped green chillies, and fresh coriander to make the stuffing.
Divide the dough into balls, stuff each with the potato mixture, seal and roll out into flat circles.
Cook the parathas on a hot griddle or tawa with a little oil or butter until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
