Moist Kinder Chocolate Muffins for Kids and Adults

Ingredients

  • 125 g soft butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 250 g Kinder chocolate bars

Preparation

  1. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy

  2. Add eggs one at a time, then add sour cream and mix in

  3. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the batter with the milk

  4. Mix everything well

  5. Preheat oven to 180°C conventional (160°C fan)

  6. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with muffin cases, or use a silicone muffin pan and rinse with cold water

  7. Chop chocolate bars coarsely

  8. Add about 200 g of chocolate bars to the batter and fold in

  9. Distribute the batter into the muffin cases using an ice cream scoop or two spoons, filling each case about two-thirds full

  10. Distribute the remaining chocolate bars on top of the muffins and press lightly

  11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown

Notes

  1. These muffins are very moist with a light crumb and filled with delicious chocolate bars, loved by kids and adults alike
