Simple Homemade Pizza
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 heaping teaspoon tomato paste
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Less than 1/2 cup water
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 1 grated tomato
Dough
- 5 cups flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups lukewarm water
Preparation
Place the flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the center.
Gradually add instant yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and lukewarm water, and knead the dough until it is soft and not sticky.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the size of the baking tray or make two smaller pizzas if desired.
Spread the sauce over the dough.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Add any desired toppings.
Bake in a 180-degree Celsius oven.

You can customize the toppings with your favorite ingredients such as vegetables, meats, or additional cheese.
