Homemade Pizza with Bolognese Sauce
Ingredients
Dough
- 400 g high-protein flour
- 2 small eggs
- 150 ml water
- 8 g instant yeast
- 25 g granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 g vegetable oil
Toppings
- Bolognese sauce (La Fonte brand)
- Sausage
- Mozzarella cheese
- Red and green bell peppers
- Oregano
- Chili sauce (Belibis brand)
Preparation
Mix all dough ingredients except vegetable oil until even, then add vegetable oil and knead until smooth and even, but not fully elastic.
Divide the dough into two parts, flatten each, and add toppings without resting first; the dough will rise while preparing the toppings.
Bake in an oven at 200°C with top and bottom heat until cooked, approximately 20-25 minutes.
