Delicious and Nutritious No Bake Brownie Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons organic cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon stevia
Preparation
Place almonds into a food processor and pulse for 2-3 minutes until finely ground.
Add in dates and process for another 30 seconds.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste.
Roll about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into balls.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
