Delicious and Nutritious No Bake Brownie Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons organic cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon stevia

Preparation

  1. Place almonds into a food processor and pulse for 2-3 minutes until finely ground.

  2. Add in dates and process for another 30 seconds.

  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste.

  4. Roll about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into balls.

  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Enjoy.
