Brazilian High-Protein Chicken Cassava Balls

Ingredients

  • 500g shredded chicken
  • 250g cooked cassava
  • Seasonings to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix the shredded chicken, cooked cassava, and seasonings by hand until forming a homogeneous mass

  2. Roll the mixture into small balls

  3. Place the balls in the freezer until frozen

  4. When ready to eat, reheat the frozen balls in the microwave, air fryer, or conventional oven until heated through

Tips

  1. Always use a 2:1 ratio by weight of chicken to cassava for the perfect texture (for example, 500g cooked shredded chicken to 250g cooked cassava)
