Chicken and Cheese Open Esfihas

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon powdered milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 grams dry yeast or 15 grams fresh yeast
  • 500 grams wheat flour

Filling

  • chicken
  • cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the flour, and mix well

  2. Add the flour gradually until it reaches kneading point (firm dough)

  3. Start kneading, transfer the dough to a bench and knead until it becomes smooth, elastic and light

  4. Place the dough to rise until doubled in size

  5. Place the filling and let it rise again in a greased and floured pan

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200Β° until golden
