Homemade Palace Turkish Delight

Ingredients

  • 600 ml milk
  • 7 tablespoons semolina
  • 7 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package whipped cream topping
  • 200 ml shredded coconut
  • Hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Pour the milk into a pot.

  2. Add the semolina and sugar, and cook on the stove while stirring constantly.

  3. When it thickens and begins to boil, turn off the heat and let it cool.

  4. Add the whipped cream topping and mix with a spatula.

  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  6. After cooling, shape into balls of desired size.

  7. Roll the balls in coconut.

  8. Insert a hazelnut into the center of each and arrange on a serving plate.

Notes

  1. Glass measure is 200 ml.
