Layered Chocolate Pudding Cup Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 packet vanilla
For the layers
- 1 packet whipped cream powder
- 1 cup milk
For the topping
- 1 bowl shredded coconut
- 60g dark chocolate, optional
Preparation
In a pot, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and flour, and mix well.
Cook, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens to a pudding consistency and bubbles form.
Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla, and stir until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into cups that have been wetted and drained.
Allow the cups to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
Prepare the whipped cream by whipping 1 packet of whipped cream powder with 1 cup of milk.
Remove the set puddings from the cups by loosening the sides.
Slice the puddings and layer them with whipped cream in between the slices.
Coat the entire dessert with shredded coconut and drizzle with melted dark chocolate before serving.
Tips
For best results, make the dessert the night before.
