Mocha Noir Cold Brew Coffee Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 310ml mocha noir cold brew coffee
- 4 tbsp. chia seeds
- 4 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 piece of dark chocolate
- 6 strawberries, sliced
- chia jam
- 350g strawberries
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
Preparation
The night before – add the chia seeds to a bowl, then pour over the mocha noir cold brew coffee, stir thoroughly, cover and place in the fridge overnight
We always have a jar of chia berry jam on the go - but if you don’t simply place a small pan on the hob on a medium low heat and add fresh or frozen berries and stir in 2 tbsp of chia seeds
This will take about 10 minutes, stir occasionally
Set to one side to cool
To serve add a heaped spoonful of peanut butter to the base of each jar, followed by a layer of the chia jam, then add the mocha noir chia pudding
Top the jar with fresh strawberries, peanut butter and a sprinkle of dark chocolate, with half a strawberry
