Simple Salmon Nuggets with Three Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 6 skinless salmon fillets, cut into cubes
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (chilli mayo recommended)
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Put the mayonnaise in a large bowl. Add the salmon and mix to ensure it is coated all over.

  3. Carefully coat each piece of salmon with breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

  4. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Let cool slightly, then serve and enjoy.

Tips

  1. Use chilli mayo for added spice and flavor.
