Thai Pizza with Vegan Toppings
Ingredients
- Cold fermented sourdough base
- V2 Vegan Mozzarella
- Squeaky Bean Thai Chicken pieces
- Thai Peanut Sauce
- Bean Sprouts
- Basil
- Spring Onion
- Red Chilli
- Lime
Preparation
Use a cold fermented sourdough base for the pizza
Spread Thai peanut sauce over the base
Add Squeaky Bean Thai Chicken pieces on top
Sprinkle V2 Vegan Mozzarella over the pizza
Top with bean sprouts, basil, spring onion, red chilli, and lime
Bake in Ooni Koda 16 oven for about 60 seconds.
