Salmon with Chilli Lime Butter

Ingredients

  • x1 big tbsp butter
  • x1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 lime
  • x1 red chilli
  • x1 hunch spring onions
  • x1 handful coriander
  • rice

Preparation

  1. Heat some oil in a pan with a little garlic and some lime zest, cook the salmon for a few minutes on each side then pop into a pre heated oven at 180

  2. Pop the butter in the pan with lime juice, chilli and spring onion and a bit more garlic if you like

  3. Remove salmon from oven, pour the sauce over and serve with rice, coriander and another squeeze of lime
