Salmon with Chilli Lime Butter
Ingredients
- x1 big tbsp butter
- x1 clove garlic
- 1/2 lime
- x1 red chilli
- x1 hunch spring onions
- x1 handful coriander
- rice
Preparation
Heat some oil in a pan with a little garlic and some lime zest, cook the salmon for a few minutes on each side then pop into a pre heated oven at 180
Pop the butter in the pan with lime juice, chilli and spring onion and a bit more garlic if you like
Remove salmon from oven, pour the sauce over and serve with rice, coriander and another squeeze of lime
