Turkish Parsley Tabouli Salad

Ingredients

  • lots of parsley
  • finely chopped tomatoes (seeds removed)
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • small crushed garlic
  • lemon juice
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Finely chop parsley

  2. Remove seeds from tomatoes and chop finely

  3. Finely chop 1/2 small red onion

  4. Crush garlic

  5. Combine all chopped ingredients in a large bowl

  6. Add lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper to taste

  7. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed
