Vegan Chicken Sandwich with Mustardy Mayo
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1.5 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1/4 red cabbage
- 1/2 pack vegan chicken
- 2 tbsp sauerkraut
- 1 large pickle
- 2 pieces bread
Preparation
Lightly fry the chicken in a pan for 3-4 minutes.
Mix together the mustard and mayo, season, then remove one tablespoon and add it to the sliced cabbage to make a slaw.
Pour the chicken into the remaining sauce and mix well.
Layer up the sandwich starting with pickles, chicken, cabbage, and sauerkraut.
