Marmite Infused Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 100g dry Macaroni
  • 4 x Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • 1 tbsp Marmite
  • 30g grated mozzarella
  • 20g grated Italian hard cheese
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Cook macaroni in lightly salted water.

  2. Add cheese triangles to a little pasta water to make a sauce.

  3. Add 1 tbsp of Marmite and stir in.

  4. Mix the cheeses and put half into the macaroni pan, stir until stringy.

  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.

  6. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 240°C for about 8 minutes.

  7. Add a dollop of Marmite on top and serve.

  8. Serve with salad.
