Marmite Infused Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
- 100g dry Macaroni
- 4 x Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
- 1 tbsp Marmite
- 30g grated mozzarella
- 20g grated Italian hard cheese
- Salad
Preparation
Cook macaroni in lightly salted water.
Add cheese triangles to a little pasta water to make a sauce.
Add 1 tbsp of Marmite and stir in.
Mix the cheeses and put half into the macaroni pan, stir until stringy.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 240°C for about 8 minutes.
Add a dollop of Marmite on top and serve.
Serve with salad.
