Raspberry White Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of melted ghee butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- - 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of plain flour
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper
Add the butter, egg and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix well
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar and oats then add to the wet mixture
Fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips then use a spoon to yield 6 cookies on the baking paper (they will flatten out in the oven so do not place too close together)
Bake for 12-14 mins until golden round the edges and leave to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying!
