- 300 ml almond milk
- 1 espresso
- 6 tablespoons oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
Toppings
- chocolate spread
- mulberries
- banana
- pomegranate seeds
- roasted coconut
- quinoa puffs
- cacao nibs
- peanut butter
Preparation
Add 300 ml of almond milk with 1 espresso.
Add 6 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of flax seeds.
