Chocolate Cauliflower Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 4 tablespoons oats
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

Toppings

  • hazelnut chocolate spread
  • peanut butter
  • hazelnut chocolate
  • raw cookie dough nugglets
  • mulberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • quinoa puffs
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Combine almond milk, cauliflower rice, oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  4. Add toppings: hazelnut chocolate spread, peanut butter, hazelnut chocolate, raw cookie dough nugglets, mulberries, half a banana, quinoa puffs, and cacao nibs.
