Chocolate Cauliflower Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 250 ml almond milk
- 4 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
Toppings
- hazelnut chocolate spread
- peanut butter
- hazelnut chocolate
- raw cookie dough nugglets
- mulberries
- 1/2 banana
- quinoa puffs
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Combine almond milk, cauliflower rice, oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add toppings: hazelnut chocolate spread, peanut butter, hazelnut chocolate, raw cookie dough nugglets, mulberries, half a banana, quinoa puffs, and cacao nibs.
