Vegan Creamy Cheesy Potato Pasta Dish

Ingredients

  • boiled potatoes
  • garlic
  • onions
  • oat milk
  • vegan cream cheese
  • nutritional yeast
  • herb and spice blends
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • kalettes
  • rose harissa pesto
  • gluten-free pasta shells

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft.

  2. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.

  3. Blend the boiled potatoes with the sautéed garlic and onions, oat milk, vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, herb and spice blends, sea salt, and pepper to create the sauce.

  4. Add kalettes to the sauce mixture.

  5. Cook the gluten-free pasta shells according to package instructions.

  6. Top the cooked pasta with the sauce and a spoonful of rose harissa pesto.
