Creamy Cheesy Pasta with Potato Sauce
Ingredients
- boiled potatoes
- sautéed garlic and onions
- oat milk
- vegan cream cheese
- nutritional yeast
- herb and spice blends
- sea salt and pepper
- organic kalettes
- rose harissa pesto
- gluten-free pasta shells
Preparation
Boil the potatoes.
Sauté garlic and onions.
Blend the boiled potatoes, sautéed garlic and onions, oat milk, vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, herb and spice blends, sea salt and pepper to make the sauce.
Stir in the organic kalettes.
Top with rose harissa pesto.
Serve with cooked gluten-free pasta shells.
