Bhindi (Okra) Ki Sabzi
Ingredients
- spices
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder
Preparation
Cut all the ingredients as shown in images
Add oil in the pan and then add chopped onions, fry it until it gets little brown
Then add Okra, chopped green chillies and others spices
Mix all the ingredients
Cover the pan and cook it in low fame for 15 min
NOTE: Always add salt at the end when Okra is almost cook
