Chickpea Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup warm water

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200•c and line a 11x7” baking tray

  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend on high until smooth

  3. If you don’t have a food processor, mix well with a fork in a jug

  4. Pour into prepared tray and bake for 10 mins

  5. Top with sauce and veggies of your choice, then return to oven for a further 10 mins
